Autosampler and Data Acquisition
An autosampler is like a robot which injects the samples instead of you. The samples can then be run overnight and the following morning you will have your results. An autosampler can help maximize the sample throughput. Normally, samples are collected using a fraction collector from a microdialysis setup. To realize the true ease of use, Eicom carries the 96-well plate carriage fraction collector and also a 96-well plate carriage autosampler. You no longer need to label each vial. Just transfer the 96-well plate from the fraction collector to the autosampler. The autosampler works to mimic a manual sample injection. The needle picks up the sample and dispenses it to the injector loop. This mimics the process with the XY layout of a 96-well plate and minimizes the possibility of sample misidentification. We also provide a Data Acquisition system. This will be the interface between the operator and the HTEC-500 and is equally as easy to use as the HTEC-500.
