Autosamplers for Model HTEC-500 and ENO-20

Eicom provides two types of autosamplers Model 719AL and 719D to meet your highest specification and quality requirements.

Common Features of Autosamplers Model 719AL and 719D

Variable injection volume
Refrigerated
XYZ arm movement without the sample vials movement.
Intensive needle wash function
Ability to insert air gaps between sample segment and transfer media.
Injection dead volume as low as 0.62 µl. (Even this volume can be neglected with using air push volume behind the sample).
Sample viscosity can be taken into consideration to set up parameters such as syringe speed, wait time after dispense or aspiration.
A plate/tray changer is available as an option.

What is the advanatage of the 719AL and 719D?

One of the greatest advantages of these products is that they "mimic manual injection" by picking up the samples from vials and dispensing them to the valve, as people normally do during manual injections. The real mimic procedure is more intuitive, much less trouble and you can avoid inappropriate parameter settings.

719AL

Good for the ENO-20 and the HTEC-500 except for amino acids analyses or GABA analyses that require precolumn derivatizations.

Carry over can be minimized to 0.01%.
An 8 mm vial tray is standard with 128 vials carriage.
A 96 well plate carriage as option.
Upgradable to acquire the precolumn derivatizing function.

719D

The 719D is the most versatile autosampler with zero carry over. Good for all Eicom analytical applications with double sample carriage of 719AL including the ENO-20 and the HTEC-500 and its amino acids applications.

Two 96-well plates carriage at out of box condition with the same two trays used for the Eicom Fraction Collector.
Zero carry over; Two additional membrane pumps and a vaccum pump allows for use of different types of solvents at faster speed to wash the injection needle.
Precolumn derivatization program comes as standard.
Two 8 mm vial trays (optional) carry in total 154 vials.

A little bit more about Precolumn Deriviatization;

When using two 96-well plates or vial trays, one of them will be used for sample vials and the other one will be used as sample mixing vials. Alternatively you can set up samples on all wells or vials and the autosampler dispenses derivatizing reagent from extra reagent vials. In that case, the placed sample volume of all vials need to be known.
